A cohort of black creatives from around North Carolina have come together to develop an annual retreat on the first weekend of May (4/30-5/2). The Black Creatives Revival is a Black and people of color autonomous hybrid space, both virtual and in person. The Black Creatives Revival aims to act, to centralize black artists and art leaders from around the state of North Carolina to connect, build community, centralize black power, strengthen our arts communities and collectively reflect the inequities of the arts. The weekend will be a hybrid model of both virtual and face to face social distanced gatherings (Friday - virtual and in-person options; Saturday - virtual only; Sunday - in-person only). Sponsored by Elsewhere Museum, join us for a weekend of discussion! The registration form is linked below.
